The Israeli development company Brosh Nir, in partnership with the company Real Sol as Project Manager of the project, is in the process of obtaining the building permit for the first phase of the Dunarea Park villa complex, consisting of 10 villas from a total of 110 villas, a residential complex located at the entrance to Cumpana commune, Constanta county, on George Bacovia street no. 100.
The construction works on the first stage of the complex will be started this year, the handover deadline being set for the first part of 2024. It will comprise 10 villas with modern and elegant architecture, aimed at middle to upper income buyers. The housing and related facilities will occupy a land area of approximately 6,000 square meters, out of a total allocated 43,000 square meters, fully owned by the developer.
