MW130-120 mixer mincer is suitable for portioning and comes with a big hopper of 120 liters. It can process bigger parts of meat up to a temperature of -8°C. High quality cutting is ensured by its bigger cutting system and dimension of the worm.
Optionally the mixer mincer can be ordered with a stepless speed regulation, which
offers the possibility to produce cooked sausage.
