The SW114 is available with one or two speeds depending on customer needs. It is best suited in store businesses with a bigger production then the normal butcheries.
For best results this machine comes with a 5-piece Unger D114 cutting system (L&W). It includes a precutter, a 3 mm and a 13 mm hole plate, two knives, a small and a wide insert ring.
Due to the SW114 design, easy and fast removing hosing, smooth surfaces and large transition radii ensure a better cleaning.
